Standard Ceremony
My fees include:
  • Up to four meetings with the couple
  • Unlimited correspondence via e-mail and phone
  • Completion and lodgement of the Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM)
  • Preparation of ceremony, including any additional research
    regarding legalities, cultural/religious inclusions to your ceremony,
    and associated wedding services
  • One on-site rehearsal. There is no additional cost for this rehearsal
    at your wedding venue
  • Use of professional PA system
  • I provide a signing table with beautiful table cloths
  • Travel expenses within 50k radius of my office.
  • Printed copy of your wedding ceremony as a presentation booklet
  • Stationery, postage and printing costs
  • Resource folder including brochures for relationship services,
    sample ceremonies and vows, and optional wedding symbols and
    rituals. Also many ideas for readings and poetry that you may
    choose to include in your ceremony.
  • I write your completely personal ceremony based on your choices.

  • Registration of legal documents with the Registry of Births, Deaths
    and Marriages (RBDM)
  • Officiating at your wedding ceremony on the day
  • Ceremonial certificate of marriage

  • Additional costs may apply for:
  • Travel and (if necessary) accommodation expenses beyond 80k
    radius of my office.
  • Special theme fancy dress ceremonies where I am required to be in
    costume.
  • Formal correspondence for DIMIA visa applications
  • Additional rehearsals
  • Any parking, admission, or other expenses due to particular
    situation of venue

Fees and Charges
                      Payment Procedure....

A non-refundable booking deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of
booking.
The balance is required to be paid no later than one month before the
date of the wedding.
If the ceremony is cancelled less than 21 business days before the
ceremony date, 50% of the final payment is refundable. If cancellation
happens later than 14 days before the wedding date, no refund is payable.
